1. No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally (email, documents, or video calls).
2. Delivery timelines
- Delivery timelines are agreed in writing in the proposal/invoice/email.
- If no timeline is specified, we confirm the schedule within 2 business days of payment.
- For one-off sessions, scheduling is typically within 7 business days, subject to mutual availability.
3. Delivery mode
- Video calls (Google Meet/Zoom) for sessions
- Email or shared documents for reports and deliverables
